Today I found the 300th Anniversary Edition Cook Book - 1648-1948 East Hampton, L.I. arranged by the Ladies Village Improvement Society East Hampton, Long Island, New York. It is filled with old time recipes. What a treasure this is with photos and all, including advertisements. I will post a recipe a day to give you a flavor of how they cooked at that time. I am going to make some of these items myself. I am so happy.
