Today I give special thanks to the NEC of zulawu led by my deputy president Mable mulukutu Mulenga ,Gs Kingsley Zulu ,and the previous Ex board of zctu and our campaign team led by Mr Chungu , Ngwira , Gs Sakala , Mr sinkala and Gs chewe for their effort in ensuring that am elected as Deputy secretary General. Although leadership comes from above , without their high Im put it wasnt going to be a success, I say thanks to you all for your reward will come from above. I dedicate this victory to all council employees in our country as we have continued to suffer with poor pay , era tic funding and unknown pay day which has resulted in accruing salary arrears which is causing untold misery among our members with lukewarm response from Govt. This election will give me more vigor as I deal with the problems for our members until we reach the promised land. Council workers have not committed a sin in this country to continue being treated like second class people in the Nation even when they are putting in their best. Let us continue working in unity as we aproach year 2015 . I thank you all and wish you a merry Christmas and Happy New year. God bless you all.
