Today, I had a farmer from Tishomingo County come up to me at a state office building and say that he had never had the level of customer service at a government office like he did when he called my office. Nothing makes me happier than to hear that we are serving the people that pay our salaries in a manner worthy of their money. The folks on my staff work extra hard to make customer service a top priority and treat everyone the way they would want to be treated. I appreciate all the good women and men that work in my office and serve the public extremely well. Our goal is to be the most responsive agency in state government!
