Today I had a really bad experience with Expedia. My husband (Neil Edwards) and I have to cancel a trip this weekend and there is a $250 fee for canceling within 72 hours. Expedia says it is hotel policy, the hotel says it is up to Expedia to waive the fee. It is a great little system to screw over the consumer. Ive had trouble with Expedia bookings in the past, including on my honeymoon, but this is the last straw.
