Today I had an interview with a lucky person. Its a Romanian immigrant, who ran away from Romanian communism when he was 34. He came to Canada, looking for freedom. But he got much more. Since he came to Quebec, Dan Ghitescu worked in television, theater and now hes writing books. At his age of 83 he has a beautiful life, never gets bored and has a lot of interesting activities. My main questions were about how he succeeded as a personality in his new life, being an immigrant . To be positive, to be opened (ouvert) and never complain - were his three advices. Take a look at his picture when he was 40 and now. What a handsome man, what a beautiful wife, what an amazing couple.
