Today I had an two interviews, one with a gaming company in Nevada and the other with a supplement company in Texas. Both interviews went well and both HR recruiters are interested in me interviewing with the CFO. One is a Director level position the gaming companys position title is VP of Finance but since it reports to the CFO it s basically a Controller position. Either title will be a step up, with the VP of Finance position being two steps up. I told them both what I was making and my salary expectations and they still want me to interview which means the range is within what they are willing to pay. As I have mentioned before if I leave NY I will be losing all if not most of my clients so the salary would have to be more not less and they look like they are willing to meet my demands. So far I have sent out 115 resumes, gotten 7 interviews and so far only 1 second interview but 2 more second interviews are on there way and no offers. I have to thank Edward Kesisian, he sent me the gaming position link and this is the second position he has referred me to in which I got an interview. Hes better that a head hunter. No doubt I will be giving him a finders fee if I get the position. I dont want to leave NYC but apparently Im unemployable here. My 17 years of progressive advancement and responsibility has failed to get me a job in the past 3 months that I have been looking. I also tired of the taxes in NYC. In Nevada and Texas there are NO state or City taxes. Further I can carry a handgun to protect myself and my family and more importantly I will not have to worry about my Church being thrown out on the street by the Satanic demons that call themselves liberal. Liberal comes from the word liberty which means freedom, and there is very little about them that advocates freedom. Governor Cuomo has even said if I support gun ownership or and pro-life he doesnt want me in the state. Well son of the Sfachim (thats dialect for disgrace or faceless) I will leave and take my tax dollars and my Bible with me.
