Today I had my first post op visit with my surgeon! It been 8 days since the surgery and I have lost a whopping 20 pounds! Everything is healing well and I am finally feeling happy! I got the chance to have my bands taken off and open my mouth to brush the inside of my teeth which was AMAZING! My smile is so pretty now I never thought my teeth would ever look this way and boy can I breath better! And most importantly I have not had 1 migraine since the surgery which I is why I opted for it in the first place do I am sooo happy :) I will still have my mouth banded shut for 4 months but after todays visit I dont care anymore its only temporary and it has already proven to be the best decision I have ever made! 😁
