Today I had one of those moments: I was doing my biking my way back from my Horseshoe dining casino, and usually go one way, but I just randomly decided to go the other way to see about the near lakefront park hours for the family kids. At the end of park are train tracks, and as I approach there are cars lined up on my side and you can see through the trains passing at the line cars and 3 young boys ages like 9-11 on their bikes impatiently waiting to get this my side the tracks. They were ALL UP ON THE TRAIN ON THEIR SIDE! As the initially freight train was coming to an end on our side comes a speeding Amtrak train.....AND I BE DAMN! The boys couldnt see it. neither could the people in the cars on their side. Their train was right towards ended and 2 of them were smiling, making they way closer to the tracks about to race across...I SCREAMED LIKE A MAD MAN AT THEM, and the smiled at first, steady pacing themselves move to our side, until I CUSSED AT THEM IN FRUSTRATION TRYING TO GET THEM TO STOP THEM, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAYYYYYY POSSIBLE FOR THEM NOT TO GET HIT BY THAT TRAIN! When they pause because they were scared of me, they jumped back in fright as the train passed their faces. The train went passed, the gates went up, the boys rode pass me with an unrecognizable look on their faces, and 3 passerby cars stopped me to Thank me for the boys and fuss about those boys! By the time I finished talking to the people and was about to pedal off I was there by myself, and all of sudden I got MAD AS HELL myself, with almost a tear as I softly smiled thinking just like Bernie Macs with Bebes Kids...These little f**kas!
