Today, I had the chance to work on a couple of projects. The day - TopicsExpress

Today, I had the chance to work on a couple of projects. The day started with adding decals to my kitbashed Santa Fe Ft-G class flat car, number 94859 (a car that actually traveled on Sierra rails). I then decided to build on my progress, so I began working on the scenery base for the Atlas Junction Module. As the paper bag base was glued down, the first layer of dirt followed. The module is about halfway covered with the paper bag base, and a third of the ground is covered with dirt. At this rate, the module should have its first bits of scenery completed in a week. Afterward, the tall Sierra foothill grass will go down, and the small trackside details will follow. Hopefully, within a two to three month period, the entire module will be a completed and worthy showpiece.
