Today I had the honor of escorting Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel to visit Train Advise Assist Command-East at Tactical Base Gamberi. He met with key leaders of the Afghan National Army 201st Corps, our Polish coalition partners, and of course our own U.S. troops. It was a great visit and I think he has a solid appreciation of the opportunities and challenges we have here in Afghanistan as we transition to the Resolute Support mission later this month.
