Today, I had the wonderful pleasure of getting stuck in an elevator for my first time. While it was on a very low scale of probably some other experiences, it was literally the longest 10 minutes of my entire life. Not even the beauriful coy pond myself and the other 20 people packed in the elevator were hovering over could soothe my anxiety. Some interesting thoughts passed through my mind though, such as dropping to my death, oxygen deprivation, starvation, and even some cannibalism. While I am slowly recovering, I needed to share this because my parents thought it was hilarious. As usual. And I needed to find some comfort in my day. Which I am now finding in my glass of wine. Because wine never disappoints or hurts you. Or traps you in an elevator.
