Today I have... 1. (Drumroll!) ...actually created statistics! I can already just about create a rough blueprint of hospital patients likely to be interested in meditation... or not. Great fun testing the existing national and international theories regarding so called New Spirituals, selfmeasured mental or physical wellbeing related to interest in meditation, practical or spiritual reasons for wanting to meditate etcetera. Limited quantity of cases of course, but very informative, I think! Starting with SPSS is a bit of a thing, but now I am developing an addiction to bar charts! 2. voted for our unique Dutch Party for the Animals. Being a communication advisor for value-driven organisations, I would have advised a broader name, since people often think their party programme is limited to animals (important, but likely to draw a limited audience at first sight, unfortunately). But the actual content of their broad and complete programme, I see as proof that humanity may yet wake up before we destroy our owm habitat. 3. found the best way to fold laundry. Instead of feeling bored, I did a gratitude meditation for each and every item of all these clothes I am so privileged to own and wear. Highly recommmended! PS my darling brought chocolate cookies. I deserve one. Two. Three. Four? Ehm.. five?
