Today I have read and responded to posts by some terrific folks that are facing a giant obstacle (A FULL MARATHON)! The fear and reality of this undertaking is setting in! Race day is near! Let me tell yall what I see. I see folks that have poured their hearts and soles into this quest. They get up early, go to bed early, think about running for most of the day and constantly worry that the little pain is an injury. I believe in each and every one of YOU!! I have watched your progress! I have seen the twinkle in your eyes as you imagine how it will feel to cross the finish line after 26.2 miles!! I cannot name a single runner that has not been training and who has not given all it takes. Yall got this....remember, ALL IS TAKES IS ALL YOU GOT!!!
