Today I have received a fantastic new 5* Amazon review from a teacher who is using Worm, Slug, Maggot and Leech in her school… I originally wrote the story with the hope that it might be used as a primary classroom resource so I am absolutely over the moon with this review! I bought a set of 6 books to be used as a guided reading set for my class (and now for other classes in the school). What can I say...the children loved it! They listened attentively to the beautiful words, were captivated by the wonderful illustrations and they thought the characters were super. The lesson that worm, slug, maggot and leech learn through the book is something that all children can relate to in this day and age….
