Today I hit 90% of my 1Rep for a pause front squat. I havent been squatting in a few weeks due to hip tendinitis so I was definitely happy with this! Ive been doing weighted walking lunges and weighted step ups to keep my legs strong while I took a squat break. Ive been playing with my stance, thats why I was moving my feet around, theres a perfect spot where I bring them in slightly than what I am used to, where I dont have pain. Its slowly getting better! This was 180lbs, I weigh….um, 117-120. Last week I was 117, some days Im 121, 120, 119. Depends on the day :P
