Today, I hit a milestone. Did my morning 1,000 calorie stair master morning workout for the 5th week but the past two days have been special since I have hit it under 50 minutes about 7.50 miles in distance. If the stair master counts for doing marathons, I would beat my time no doubt. Feeling better than ever and feeling like I can hit the pavement this Sunday, March 16 with a vengeance. However, I will be playing it safe and not attempt to beat my personal record best because 5 days after I have another 13.1 mile marathon on Saturday, March 22. Lets see what happens on the road! The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results. You see things; and you say Why? But I dream things that never were; and I say Why not?
