Today I hold a special memory of the Moment we were attacked while working only a few blocks from the Pentagon when it happened. Standing on the top of the parking structure with my extended family at American Service Center watching the Pentagon burning, Choppers Flying, Jets circling -- My wife on the phone panicking asking me to come home. Me standing there in utter disbelief that this was happening on US soil. The street were completely jammed and I could hear the desperation in my wifes voice begging me to come home - There was no way to get home the streets were blocked with traffic. We all stood there listening to the radio claiming there was another jet headed towards DC - As it turned out that Jet went down in PA. We were then glued to the TV as the towers fell and our hearts fell with them. I will never forget that day, When I was lucky enough to get home and hold my wife and child in my arms when to many of our fellow Americans were not so lucky. I wore a FLAG Pin or Tie along with Gary Burke every day until Osama Bin Ladin was caught or killed. I am blessed to live such a wonderful life in this country and will defend it with all my soul if the need ever arises........
