Today, I just want to give all the praise and thanks to my mother Sandra Ledet. My mother has been the most infuential person in my life. She has given her all to make sure that I am the woman that I have become today. As a single parent, No matter what it took she has always been the best friend, mother, father-figure, confident and role model that I could have ever asked for. I am thankful each day for you being their for me over the past year. I went through alot and you were always there on my side when I needed you most. You helped me fight one of the hardest battles that I ever plan to have to overcome. Regardless if you know it or not, I am thankful for the discipline that you gave me as a child, the over-protectiveness, and not allowing me to do what I wanted, but making sure that I follow your rules. Without you, I would not have made it this far and with you I plan to continue to live my life with the model you set forth for me. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I would not trade you for anything in the world, because you are the world to me. I love you with all of my heart and am proud to call you my mother. Thanks for all you have done.
