Today I just want to give you a little bit of interesting information. Maybe you already know it..... Maybe you dont but I wanted to share. Did you know that in the very beginning of creation we were created vegetarians and there was total and complete harmony between man and all animals. Then God said behold I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you... Genesis 1:29 In the beginning man walked with animals. There was total and complete harmony. The man gave names to all the cattle and to the birds of the sky and to every beast of the field but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him... Genesis 1:20 One of my favorite pictures is a lion and lamb laying together. To me it shows such peace......peace in all the earth that one day IS coming.....oh how I long for that day. Then Noah and the story of the ark and the flood and the flood is over and Noah and his sons and their wives and all the animals come out of the ark. Harmony and vegetarian diet are no more....... Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you as I gave the green plant. Only you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood..... Genesis 9:3-4 The fear of you and the terror of you will be on every beast of the earth.... Into your hand they are given.... Genesis 9:2 Interesting, isnt it? But ONE day it will be like in the beginning. Total peace and harmony.... No more shedding of blood.... Oh how creation longs for that day and so should we. The day when Jesus comes back and the earth is restored to how it was always meant to be. The wolf and the lamb will graze together and the lion will eat straw like the ox....
