Not only did this bill help keep our nations promise to our veterans and our seniors, but it did so in a fiscally responsibly way - saving taxpayers millions. The bipartisan passage of this legislation is a victory for the brave military veterans planning their well-deserved retirements, as well as the doctors and patients who rely on Medicare.
