Today, I like to share a bit our stories in real estate business. Maybe we all can learn something from it. As my husband and I work in real estate market for real estate transactions locally, we have built long term relationships with our clients. They become our long term friends as well over the years from all over the country or even internationally (as we are living in a diverse culture community). Many of them have referred new clients to us after. You know how word of mouth is powerful in these high ticket businesses. Especially my husband, he has met many different kinds of people over the years. Some people made him mad at times. It seems they just never understand what ethics are in life. He doesnt mind that they call him to help them with all kind of questions or issues FREE and get free informations from his advice. But, the disappointed part is, sometimes, he shows some people many properties and took a lot of time with them and they turn around and see different houses with other different agents later or just disappeared. So eventually, he learned that, he would not bother to do business with those who have no sense of ethics. He would only want to work with those who respect his time and expertise, who take him as a trusted friend that they can count on for their real estate buying/selling/managing satisfactions when the relationship has developed. I know my husband is very knowledgable and professional in real estate. He gained many peoples praises and trusts during their buying/selling transactions or even without real estate transactions through the years, which they eventually made him their property managers for their local investment/income properties as well. Especially, his major clients who have heard about him through some other people here and called him to want to transfer their large buildings and large properties to have him to manage after. As he is also a graduate from one of the Ivy league Cornell University hotel school - a well known and top hotel school in the world, his hospitality service is a top notch! We only work with people and become friends with those who have the same ethical standard like us and know my husbands competitive advantage and knowledge in helping them with 5-star service in real estate need. :) Our real estate market is one of the most stable markets in the United States. Through the time that world has seen financial crisis, the real estate market didnt see a drop or dramatic changes here locally. If you want to invest in income properties, you can contact me. I am studying for renewing my New York State real estate license as I am also currently going through a buying offer for one of my local friends and client. #teampartners, #teamplayers, #jamesorcuttrealestate, I hope you enjoy your Weekend! :)
