Today I made 3 sweet potato, 3 pumpkin, 2 apple, 1 berry, 1 pecan pie, and my first batch of apple butter of the season. Yesterday I prepped veggies for roasting, green bean casserole, and made mac n cheese for Thanksgiving and a smaller one for Davids Preschool Thanksgiving. I also steamed 10 lbs of broccoli and chopped 8 zucchini to freeze for individual meals. I think my need to nest has manifested in cooking.
