Today, I must brag on myself. 18 of the last 21 days I have worked out. Least time was 20 minutes on treadmill. Other times 20 min. walk with 10-30 light weights. Two days I did two workouts: a.m. and p.m. During this time, Ive had Two 30-min. swims; Two 45-min. swims; Two 1 Hour Swims. Asthma has significantly decreased. Allergies are not making themselves known. My aim is for April 1st, 2015, to maintain this regimen as consistently as possible. That would be 25 weeks x 6 days = 150 workouts in 6 months. Not counting two-a-days. Im enjoying this. :)
