Today I noticed a share of a new way to prepare steak by Mr. Shawn Devlin. I instinctively recognized this as a game changer in the field of beef preparation. I noted that Mr. Chris Ragan did as well. I have just completed my first ribeye using the technique. Best steak I ever made BY FAR.
