Today I noticed multiple sprouts beginning on my sweet potatoes! So excited to discover those. Starting sweet potatoes indoors is a bit more work than I expected. They really have a tendency to rot when the water doesnt get changed enough. And they like a lot of light, so theyre a lot happier now that theyre in a window (it was too cold to put them there when I first stuck them in water.) I also planted a whole second shelf full of seeds today. I have to say, I am totally geeked about my garden this year! We have 4 types of plants sprouting now. :D
