Today I participated in a high level special consultation of Jewish and Israeli leaders regarding the war of ideas waged against Israel. There is finally greater understanding of the magnitude of the threat and the fact that even though this war is waged by means that are not physical violence, the ends are quite sinister. The means say nothing about the ends and if the purpose of this war is to equate evil to Israel and Zionism in peoples minds, a physical reality will soon follow. Evil deeds are almost always preceded by an ideological war that makes the deeds appear not evil, and even noble.
