Today I popped to the bank in salisbury centre around half past four, on leaving the bank I witnessed a man with two women drop something on the floor. Thinking he had lost something I rushed to pick it up and return it to him (being a normal human) only to discover he had just discarded his rubbish (a plastic food container) onto the floor about 200yards from several bins, I find this disgusting behaviour so I picked it up and said to the man sorry I think you dropped this to this his reply was I dont want it, you have it shocked and in disbelief that a man of that age could be so careless and have such disregard for others and the city we reside in I said to him well put it in the bin then
