Today I posted the following below on Erasmus Williams, Press Secretary to the Prime Minister, timeline. As I stated recently the Labour party is engaged in a vicious attack on all civil servants whom they deem to be non-supporters. They have decided that it is better for some members of society to starve because they dont support the government. See below my repose to a release Erasmus sent. When is my wife going to be allowed to resume her duties as Registrar of the High Court? Nearly a year ago she was illegally sent on leave and when she sued everyone scattered and ran hiding. Typical Labour move, big mouth on the platform and fraidy fraidy when they have to take the witness stand. Subsequently she was notified that she would be redeployed to the post of director of legal reform. She challenged that in court and so scared were you guys once again that you hid documents which were to be revealed from her and the court. One of those documents was from the Judicial and Legal Services Commission in St.Lucia which basically stated that they will not sign off on someone else becoming registrar as long as Janine was challenging her removal. This caused her to have to withdraw and make changes to her case. Upon that notice you all in typical cowardice ran for cover once again. Since then she has sent letters to the GG, the Public Service Commission and the JLSC stating clearly that under no circumstances would she be accepting the post of director of legal reform and that she never asked for such a post and does not want it. So here is where we are at. She remains registrar while someone else acts, you do not have power to remove her and she is preparing to bring another suit naming all those involved in this illegality. Like I stated earlier this year, I want every minister and ever permanent secretary involved in this illegality to take the stand. Let us see how much mouth you all have.
