Today I received a message from 09354569126 that read: MMS WATCH: Your postpaid account has been charged P300 for MMS use. Not using MMS? Txt 300 send to 29354588570 Within 2hours to cancel charges. This is a scam message aimed at unsuspecting subscribers, sending that message would have given the other number P300 load charged to me. I called Globe and reported this. They were very appreciative and according to them if there has been previous reports of the same nature against these numbers, these numbers will be disabled. My dear friends let us spend at least 5 mins of our time reporting the numbers if you receive messages like the above so these embezzlers will not be able to continue with this scam. Lets do it not only for ourselves, but for our other friends and family members who might fall for these text scams.
