Today I run the Hartford Truck Club 8K XC in West Hartford. Very nice race and well organized. Im planning to repeat this next year. It was very cold in the morning so of course I bundled up, and put four layers, then about mile in the race Im saying to myself why do I have all these clothes on. Then at the end of the race Im sweating and I had to take off all the layers except t-shirt. Basically I need to learn how to not over dress and put up the cold at the beginning of the race. Here are pictures before and after the race. There were few 169ers but we did not get a chance to take group picture.
