Today I saw a weird site. A black mercury was crawling down Taylor with a small black box with a hard antenna hanging out the drivers side window and front passenger window. I thought URE was reading the electronic meters. It bothered me enough to call and check since he appeared to be looking carefully at the garage door areas of the houses as he was going past. I was stupid and did not get his tag number and there were no markings for any company on the car. No it was not URE their vehicles are marked. I did call sheriff and they were sending an officer out to check right away. The guy was wearing a black jacket and knit cap. He kept leaning over ad putting his hand/arm across his face as I passed. I was kinda paranoid maybe he had a signal box trying to open garage doors. Oh well, I guess Ill keep an eye out any way.
