Today I see large number of people praying at conferences, mountains and Churches yet they go and return with same burdens and troubles, our pastors keep making prophetic utterances that heeds no result that makes people call God a liar afterall it was He who said Any1 who Calls on the name of the Lord will be saved... But can God lie? He never has and never will. Let God be True and every man a liar. What then is the problem? The place of prayer has taken over the place of Gods Word and Spirit Hence we have people shouting day and night;growing weary praying & fasting to a God they know not or believe in just like the people of Athens... Acts 17:23 If we read further frm v 13 to 14 of Romans 10: it says How can they call to Him for help If they have not believed? And how can they believe if they have not heard the message? And how can they hear if the message is not proclaimed? Its good to pray and lead ur people to pray for hundred days and nights but when u pray without Knowledge of the word it bcomes futile cos u definitely wil pray outside of Gods will... Let there be a balance btw our Faith life filled with Gods Word and our prayer life and doors will open and shut @ their own accord not just because we decreed it bt cos its backed with the power of the Word & Spirit... THERE IS POWER WHEN WE ARE PRAY IN LIGHT OF GODS WORD. AMEN#
