Today I share with you, my morning devotions! As I read Psalm 27, I was inclined to ponder on verse 14, which reads wait on the Lord: be of good courage and he shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say on the Lord Now the writer David didnt just say to wait on the Lord but he said to wait and be of good courage. Many times we wait on God but we complain and whine while we wait. Hence waiting on God becomes a burden. Furthermore, David assures us that God will strengthen our hearts while we wait, so yes! We can have the endurance to wait but we are too impatient many of the times. When we wait with good courage, then whatever we are waiting on,when it come and how it comes isnt a problem because we were waiting with good courage. I encourage you to wait on God and in good courage; your heart will be strengthened and so you will be satisified. Today, I thank God for all the waiting periods in my life and I am no longer going to complain while I wait but I will be of good cheer. Gods timing isnt mans timing. Remember that anything that happens before its time is premature, it therefore means that it is prone to have a short life span. Blessed day my beloved!!!
