Today I start the 14 Day Arise and Shine cleanse. I have been doing this cleanse periodically for many years and after a lot of research, I think its one of the best and most efficient. And I shall use these two weeks not only for a physical body cleanse, but for a mind cleanse too. So many amazing things are happening right now on so many levels and I want to clear any old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve me; ones that could get in the way of THE NEXT LEVEL OF BEING AND LIVING! I feel very strongly that so much is changing, transforming and evolving right now... in my own life and on a Planetary and Universal level too. Can you feel it?? These are exciting times indeed. Heres to cleansing the old and allowing in the NEW!! Wooo Hooo!!! (I hope I am still woo hooing in a couple of days... ;) )
