Today I started my transformation journey with my beautiful daughter Morgan. Shes an Incredible fitness trainer in L.A. & Im in Chicago but shes going to push me to be healthy physically, mentally & spiritually. Im on this mission for my family as well as myself. I also want to make sure Im around for a long time to help keep my son, Marcus name relevant until the end of time. OH, ITS ON! In box Morgan Martin or myself if you want to MAKE THAT CHANGE
