Today, I took a walk out to Battery point from the Massabesic Audubon Center. Takes 11/2hr. walk round trip. Pictures of the surrounding area at Battery point. You will see a picture of foundation that a house use to sit on. Also, picture of granite quarry. The quarry is the location of foundation blocks used in construction of house. You will see two sets of stairs on either side of the point that lead down to the lake. From Battery Point you can see ledges across the lake. Also, you can see the Massabesic Yacht Club.
