Today I want to talk to you about body maintenance. Imagine your body is like your car. Your car, if you want it to last, needs regular maintenance. You have scheduled times that you bring it in for regular tune ups, oil changes etc. If you are consistent your car will last you for a long time and perform at its peak. Your body is no different. You need to regularly maintain it. By maintenance I mean regular massage therapy, exercise and stretching. If you wait until you have a injury or chronic pain syndrom it can be difficult to treat.
