Today I was accused of image theft in regards to the images Ive taken and posted in this group by another member. This was not 1 image this was numerous images. I understand people can make mistakes in assuming someone has stolen images and passed them off as their own. However, I refuted the claim numerous times. This person in question even posted my fan page to back up their assumptions that I was stealing images. Now anyone who is a serious photographer knows just how huge of an allegation that is for someones reputation and their work. I ended up posting the raws with meta data to show that yes these were indeed my work. I am curious how other members feel about something like this. What are the rules regarding this? Id like to think in a group this large that spans 6 thousand plus people that this would not be tolerated in any form. Thoughts on this please?
