Today, I was asked if my life really is as simple and carefree as I portray it to be. I consciously choose to show only moments that carry a positive message or aura. I love being able to spread happiness and joy, but this does not mean my entire life is sunshine, rainbows, yoga, or beautiful sunrises. Like everyone, I have stressors. I have worries. And I have daily obstacles. But I feel no desire whatsoever to show or spread negativity as I wholeheartedly believe our energy is contagious. That isnt the kind of energy I want others to unnecessarily endure. We have the choice to show or not show certain things. Our accounts are so often carefully and strategically orchestrated. Im not saying my life sucks. Im saying I intentionally seek beauty. I consciously decide to put myself in the way of sunrises and sunsets, of smiles and friendship, of nature and adventure and of the seas and the mountains.. and you can, too. Its always up to you to choose how much beauty you allow yourself to see, physically, as well as emotionally. Geography helps, travel helps. But sincere beauty can also be found in the banal, if only you would open your heart to it. Good morning, everyone. 💟☀️🐬
