Today I was empowered by really good friend. Kevin Vain. And really decided to just take life by the horns. I work 3 to 11 every day. And I really dont have any time to spend with my little girl who is 11 years old. But when I go home and I shes waiting up for me and telling me 50 million things about her day. So Im deciding the day to be proactive about our health . Today will be day one of us speed walking around our apartment 3 times. I think this will be a great way to getting some exercise and the mother daughter time. I know its late but Im like everyone elses child my child is up. I think its a good way to show her that no matter whats going on your life a routine of exercise is great. It may sound weird but me and her its all about us together
