Today I was honored to lead the 54th annual Jersey City Puerto Rican Day Parade as its Grand Marshall. Had a chance to see a lot of family and friends out there in the parade route. I love you all. Thank you for showing me so much love and thank you for keeping this time honored tradition a viable annual event. Keeping our culture, traditions, music and heritage at the forefront of our lives is a must in order to teach our children and grandchildren where their roots lie. Que Viva Puerto Rico but more than that Que Viva la gente linda de Jersey City.
