Today I was planting with Moises a Gotu kula (Brahmi) in a rooftop garden. - Bacopa Monnieri (LT) called Brahmi (SKR), water hyssop (EN); and - Centella Asiatica (LT) also called Brahmi (SKR), mandūka parṇi (SKR) and gotu kula (EN). are two different herbs having very similar properties that can easily grow in your home garden, rooftop or even kitchen. Both are called brahmi (lit. the plant which imparts knowlwdge of brahman) and have similar proprieties. The two are the most extensively herbs used in Ayureda to improve memory and promote psychological health in general. Best herbs for those who practice meditation.
