Today, I was proud to introduce my first bill, Intro 187, which will require the Administration for Childrens Services to submit an annual report to the City Council no later than October 1 of every year, regarding the number of youth in foster care who graduated from high school in the previous year. The education of our youth is essential to the development of tomorrows workforce, entrepreneurs, but most importantly leaders. I thank my colleagues who have signed on in support of this legislation.
