Today I was reminded of just how fragile life is as a man dropped to the ground just in front of us. I am so proud of John and brother in law Ian who did everything possible to help him until the paramedics and air ambulance arrived and until sadly, no more could be done. A shocker for the kids, but my heart goes out to the mans wife, children and beautiful little grandchildren - everybody out there hug your loved ones a little tighter today and be grateful for everything and everyone you have x
