Today I was reminded why I do what I do. I post on facebook to be accountable for my goals. I dont do it for attention or to see how many likes and comments I can get, and what I chose to comment on or like is not an attempt by me to get people to like or comment on my stuff. I want to say thank you to all the people who have supported my journey this year, and I wanted to tell you how much it means to me that there are no strings attached with your support. with that said I ran/walked 2.4 miles in 30 min (walked 10, ran 20), tomorrow I will volunteer at Brazen Racing Summer breeze Friday set up.
