Today I was sworn in for my second term as the Assemblymember for the 29th Assembly District of California and I am honored to have the opportunity to continue working for the Central Coast. I am also excited to announce that today I introduced two important pieces of legislation. AB 43 will create a state Earned Income Tax Credit which will boost working families, and AB 48 which will continue to work towards removing plastic cigarette filters from our parks, streets, and marine environment.
