Today I went into Coles and walked past Zamels and thought about getting a very special necklace of mine untangled, it was so badly knotted I couldnt even wear it or attempt to untangle it myself. I didnt purchase the necklace from Zamels or anywhere in Geraldton and walked in there expecting a small fee of some sort. The ladies were so generous and polite, I left the necklace with them while shopping came back and got the necklace without a charge and a big smile. I am so thankful to the ladies in there this afternoon, I can now wear it close to my heart again. Gotta love the customer service in Geraldton !!! - Happy Resident
