Today I went past the outer reaf to the deep blue to play. The water was crystal clear, could see all the way to the ocean floor... like 50 feet or something. I look down and think, there are big fishies down there. Then I pop my kite... Was swimming for 20 mins before the 1st person noticed me... It was a long ways in, around 40 mins to get back to shore. It was cool, swam the entire time, kept my heart rate low, no concern over fishies... giggling :) huge stoke when your doing that with no worries. I could see the entire north shore from where I started. Soooooo this was easy cuz Paul Franco took me paddling where this video was taken. Even though the ocean was rather calm today... still was a long ways out :)
