Today I went to one of Tesco in Penang to bought pro strength liquid plumr. When i paid,I found that the display price at rack and price at counter display is different. After I question them, they changed the price at system. I still not satisfied, I met with duty supervisor and make a complaint. He reply to me, this mistake could be done by night staff. Just imagine till morning, how many bottles they sold out, each bottle they earn extra RM1.10. Tesco has 1000 product to sale, if they simply can make this kind of error, how much money they can earn from public? Finally I told the supervisor, I need written letter from their management about this issue, to ensure they have a better system to identity this kind of mistake. Please give me your suggestion, what we should do next.
