Today I went to the orthopedic doctor about my wrist. It has been hurting severly for months and I have had therapy, exercises, a brace and got no better. Today he said I have a bone (ulnar) that is too long and this has irritated the area inside. He suggested a cortisone shot rather than an extensive bone shortening process...me too! So the shot was given and we will see if that does the trick. Fingers crossed! Prayers appreciated....I know it is not life theatening...but will be glad if this works and I can sleep through the night!
